Acceptance of these commitments is mandatory for using our Services. These commitments ensure that every participant consciously endorses the Intenters.org values and understands that others within the platform follow them too.

3. Eligibility and Community Standards

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

3.2 Community Alignment

Intenters.org is available to all, but not all are available for it. We focus our energy on those who resonate with expansion, growth, and collective betterment, rather than those who resist it or wish harm.

• Guided audio programs and sessions
• Context-adaptive audio experiences
• Progress tracking and personal development tools

4.2 Voice Recording and Content

• You retain ownership of all voice recordings and content you create ("Your Content")
• You grant us a limited, worldwide license to use, store, and process Your Content solely to provide the Services
• You are responsible for the quality and appropriateness of Your Content
• We may review Your Content for compliance with these Terms and community standards

4.3 Intellectual Property

The Services, including all audio programs, user interface, technology, and original content, are owned by Intenters.org and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

5. Intenters Network

5.1 Intent-Based Social Platform

The Intenters Network enables users to:

• Share and follow transformational intents rather than personalities
• Connect with others aligned on similar growth journeys
• Participate in communities organized around transformation goals
• Bond intents with others for mutual reinforcement

5.2 Intent Content and Sharing

• You own the intents you create and share
• By sharing intents, you grant other users permission to follow, bond with, and engage with your intents

• We may feature, highlight, or promote exemplary intents that align with our mission

5.3 Community Interaction

• No direct messaging system is available by design to maintain focus on transformation
• External communication platform links may be shared in profiles
• Community formation and participation is encouraged around positive transformation goals
• Moderation is guided by alignment with the Two Core Commitments

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8.2 Creator Revenue Sharing

• Verified creators may earn revenue from content shared on our platform
• Standard revenue share is 50/50 between creators and Intenters.org
• Detailed creator terms are provided separately to verified creators
• Payment processing is handled through secure third-party services

8.3 Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers
• Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis
• You may cancel subscriptions at any time through your account settings
